When you subscribe to alerts, we collect:

• Email address — to send you action alerts
• State — to filter alerts relevant to you

That's it. We don't collect names, phone numbers, or any other personal data.

How we use your data

Your email and state are used only to:

• Send alerts about patient safety legislation in your state
• Notify you of upcoming hearings and key votes
• Share occasional updates about Epieme (no more than monthly)

What we don't do

• We never sell your email or any data to third parties
• We don't share your information with advertisers
• We don't send daily emails or promotional spam
• We don't track you across other websites

Third-party services

We use Formspree to process form submissions. Your data is stored securely on their servers. See their privacy policy.
